AusBike World Bike Day Competition - Terms & Conditions
- This Promotion is a game of chance.
- The Promoter is AusCycling Limited (AC) ABN 70 644 149 351 of Level 5 South Tower, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000.
- Entry into this Promotion is free and is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over who are employed by, volunteer for, or otherwise represent an Australian primary school. The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility and school affiliation. Failure to provide such verification may invalidate an entry or the winner's entitlement to the prize.
- The Promoter's employees, their immediate families and all agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter, claim or redeem prizes.
- Information on how to enter and the prize(s) form part of these terms and conditions.
- By entering the Promotion, entrants accept these terms and conditions.
- The Promotion concludes at 11:59pm (AEST) on Friday 31 July 2026, after which no further entries will be considered.
- To enter, Entrants must: a. Complete the online entry form in full, including first name, last name, school name, email address and state/territory. b. Confirm they are entering on behalf of an Australian primary school. c. Submit the form during the promotional period. d. Entrants may only enter once.
- There will be one winning entry.
- The winning entry will be drawn on Monday 3 August 2026 at AusCycling HQ, Level 5 South Tower, 459 Collins Street, Melbourne, Vic 3000.
- The first valid entry randomly drawn will win the prize. The method of draw will allow each entry a random and equal chance of being drawn.
- The Promoter's decision is final. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and Entrants, including confirmation of a valid Ground Pass booking.
- The Winner will be notified by email using the details provided in their entry.
- The prize notification will include instructions on how the Winner is to claim their prize.
- The prize consists of one (1) fully delivered AusBike bike education incursion for the winning school. The prize includes program delivery by AusBike and/or an AusBike-approved provider at a mutually agreed date and time. The prize is valued at approximately $1600.
- The prize is subject to availability.
- The prize is non-transferable, with no cash alternative.
- The prize does not include any costs incurred by the winning school beyond those explicitly included in the AusBike incursion. Any additional requirements, venue hire, supervision, equipment or ancillary costs not included within the standard AusBike delivery model remain the responsibility of the winning school.
- If the Winner does not confirm acceptance of the prize within 14 days of notification, the Promoter may redraw the prize. Any such redraw will take place at the same location as the original draw.
- The Promoter collects personal information about entrants in order to conduct the promotion and to comply with applicable legal requirements.
- By entering the Promotion, Entrants consent to AusCycling collecting and using their personal information for the purpose of administering the Promotion and providing information about AusBike and related programs. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
